Every year, Lottomatica addresses the issue of player awareness through information campaigns designed to promote balanced and non-excessive playing behavior; the messages conveyed encourage players to be responsible, moderate and balanced in approaching the game, essential in playing for pure enjoyment. Furthermore, for a number of years Lottomatica has pursued a communication plan specifically targeted at preventing underage gambling.

For several years, awareness campaigns of the gambling ban for minors have employed various media (national and local press, web, social networks, magazines); to support these campaigns, field information is provided in collaboration with Moige - Italian Parents Movement and FIT - Italian Tobacconists Federation, aimed at families and the community at large.
Every year a national information campaign takes place in squares and shopping malls. This year it will also take place in our Sales Points to raise awareness, both with players who have children/grandchildren, and with agents, who are required to monitor compliance with the ban. The tour is also followed by the press office, to expand word-of-mouth information on the ban, with a final press conference to communicate the results of prevention activities and highlight their effectiveness.
