Communication and marketing

Lottomatica has adopted the “Codice di Autodisciplina della Comunicazione Commerciale in Materia di Giochi con Vincita in Denaro" (Corporate Governance Code of Commercial Communication in the Matter of Gaming with Cash Winnings) which applies to all communication and marketing of its gaming portfolio. The Code’s principles aim at clarity, completeness and transparency of communication to players, regardless of the means used, in compliance with existing legislation in Italy on advertising, and have also been incorporated in the IAP Code (Corporate Governance Board on Advertising). Lottomatica, aware of the importance of protecting players, has made this content more restrictive than the legal framework on commercial communications for the sector as a whole.
