Our people are the foundation of a successful culture and organization. Our employees live the values that shape our culture.
Greater diversity is an essential element of our current and future success. We draw talent from across the globe to deliver value to our customers and stakeholders. Each of us must foster an inclusive environment based on mutual respect and collaboration, diverse viewpoints, innovation and results. IGT has an Executive Diversity and Inclusion Council and a Vice President of Diversity and Inclusion to ensure that diversity and inclusion are embedded in our values.
Developing people is critical to our future, and professional development is a partnership between employees, managers, and the Company. Employees drive their professional development with managers’ support, while the Company provides tools, resources, and opportunities. We take a broad approach to learning, leveraging experiential, social, and formal learning to ensure our employees have the skills they need to be successful.
