IGT has an Executive Diversity and Inclusion Council and a Vice President of Diversity and Inclusion to ensure that diversity and inclusion are embedded in our values.

To prevent modern slavery in large businesses and their supply chains, the 2015 U.K. Modern Slavery Act requires the disclosure of steps companies have taken during the financial year to ensure that slavery is not taking place in any of its supply chains or in any part of its own business. Health and Safety

Lottomatica considers health and safety of the personnel as a primary value in effectively managing and developing its human capital, ensures compliance to applicable law standards, and is committed to devoting adequate human, instrumental, and economic resources for achieving improvement goals on health and safety of workers as an integral part of corporate activities and a strategic effort in pursuing more general corporate objectives.
The Health and Safety Committee identifies the guidelines to be implemented annually according to an approach of constant and progressive improvement in environmental, health and safety aspects for all workers; such goals include the annual prevention campaigns planned by the company and made available free of charge to all interested employees.
